These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Troop 21 Digital Advertising website and the purchase of our printing, signage and advertising services. By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Troop 21 Digital Advertising is a Dubai-based printing and advertising company operating at Naif Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE. We provide offset printing, digital printing, UV printing, signage, packaging and branding services.
2. Orders and Quotations
- All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
- Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed approval and advance payment as agreed.
- We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
3. Artwork and Files
- The customer is responsible for supplying print-ready artwork files in the correct format, resolution (minimum 300 DPI) and colour mode (CMYK).
- We are not liable for print quality issues arising from low-resolution, incorrect colour profiles or errors in customer-supplied artwork.
- Any artwork created by Troop 21 Digital Advertising remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to decline artwork that is offensive, illegal or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Payment
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery or collection.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer. No credit card payments are processed through this website.
- Prices do not include VAT where applicable under UAE law.
5. Production and Delivery
- Turnaround times are estimates only and commence upon receipt of approved artwork and advance payment.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, courier issues or force majeure events.
- Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of quotation.
6. Returns and Reprints
- We do not accept returns on customised printed products once approved by the customer.
- If a product is defective due to our error, we will reprint or refund at our discretion after inspection.
- Claims for defective goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Troop 21 Digital Advertising. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Troop 21 Digital Advertising's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
